ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No pets are allowed at Flip Flops on the Hilltop. There is a stray and friendly kitty that visits; we named him Emmitt. He may hang out on the front porch.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Our cleaning fee is included when you book our home. We take pride in making the home clean and fresh every time guests depart; this way the home is in perfect condition for our next guests.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All bookings run thru VRBO or ABNB. We follow their cancellation policies, which are stated on our booking platform page. We are quite flexible, too.

IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?

Our home is designed with families in mind, including small children. We have games, puzzles, TVs, and even custom-made cornhole boards for your use. One of the downstairs bedrooms has dual XL twin sized bunkbeds!
