ACCOMMODATIONS
Flip Flops on the Hilltop is a 3,200 sqft, 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. There is a large kitchen and sitting area on the main floor, and a spacious family area on the first floor. Plus a welcoming front porch with Adirondack chairs, a screened-in balcony with ocean views, and a sundeck with lounge chairs and a gas grill. A laundry room is also well equipped. We provide some basic essentials for the kitchen and bathrooms, plus beach towels, ice chests, and a wagon. There is also custom-made cornhole boards, a foosball game, & poker table.

This is the entrance to Hideaways at Palm Bay. Guests get to enjoy all the amenities, including club room, workout room, private pool, and beach toys.
Splash Restaurant is also on-site for a wonderful meal down on the beach. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for reasonable prices.
